• How Fileflo WorksPaper documents can be scanned using one of more than 130 popular scanners that are compatible with Fileflo software. In addition, electronic documents can be imported . Once documents are scanned, they can be indexed automatically with Fileflo's Optical Character Recognition (OCR) engine or manually from the keyboard. An employee application, for example, could be indexed by name, social security number, skill sets or work location (up to eight user designable index fields are available). Data may be stored electronically on a magnetic hard drive, optical disk, or CD, and documents can be retrieved by a variety of search methods. And since one optical disk can store more than 10 file cabinets, Fileflo dramatically reduces the space required for document storage.
